Due to the nature of multi-sport events taking place generally in the outdoors, weather conditions can play a large role in the production of the event. Because a significant amount of the funds collected during registration have been expended by the day of the event for the production of the event and because each event is uniquely scheduled for its date and location, registration refunds are not possible and rescheduling the event is not possible, and thus the no refund policy.
Our goal is to always produce a full event as scheduled and only modify these plans due to safety concerns some of which can be caused by weather conditions. Thank you for your understanding of these policies and we appreciate your participation.

*** A SMASHING success to the SPA GIRL TRI in 2018 was our new SPA GIRL SPRINT for those feeling the need for speed. Not only will you enjoy the amazing SPA GIRL experience & celebration, you’ll get to SWIM 800 meters in the crystal clear lazy river, BIKE 15 rolling hills miles and RUN 3.1 miles. This select group is for more seasoned triathletes wanting to hone their TRI skills. As well, it is the perfect stage for supporting and encouraging our up & coming tween and teenage triathlon stars to continue America’s excellence on the world stage. ***

Non-Mandatory Helpful Race Instructional Meeting: Friday 7:30PM
Sprint 800 meter/Super Sprint 400 meter swim: Your race starts with a gorgeous dip in the lazy river as you navigate the scenic swim loop sans the jets.
Sprint 15 MILE BIKE/Super Sprint 10 MILE BIKE: You will carefully exit the swim and head over to Transition 1 to hop on your bike for a fun 3-loop 15 mile ride, or 2-loop 10 mile ride on the ultra smooth TPC Parkway with only one hill right before transition 2 for the run.
Sprint 3.1 MILE RUN/Super Sprint 2 MILE RUN: Next up, end your race with a tranquil run through the lush grounds of the resort to a fabulous finish on their grand lawn, surrounded by beautiful views, lush landscape and peaceful waterfalls.
Event is chip-timed. We will provide the race timing chip strap with velcro.
For the 2-Person Relay, each participant completes their desired portion of the race. For instance, one swims, the other bikes and runs, or one swims and bikes, the other runs, etc.
For the 3-Person Relay, each person competes one leg of the tri: one swims, one bikes, and one runs.
Post race celebration to top off your race as you relax with yummy food and pampering.
To make your race-cation weekend complete, we hope you take the amazing JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa up on their discounted rates just for us and reserve a room for the weekend. They have offered us a limited number of rooms at great rates so this is a nice opportunity to enjoy this fabulous resort.

AFTER you register for our SPA GIRL TRI, a direct link will be given to you in the confirmation email for reservations and rates.
